Le Bruniche grapes are gently pressed and the juice is cold settled. The must is fermented in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature and stays on the lees for about three months. Malolactic fermentation is in stainless steel tanks and the wine is aged at least two months in bottle before release, with no oak contact. 100% unoaked Chardonnay.Dipinti Pinot Noir | Trentino-Alto Adige, ItalyThis wine has a ruby-red core with aromas of red berry fruit that are echoed on the palate, along with hints of licorice, fennel and a touch of cinnamon. Also great with poultry, pork and many other foods.La Spinetta Il Nero Di Casanova Toscana Sangiovese | Tuscany, Italy92 points | James SucklingAromatic hints of blackberries, blueberries, and ripe cherries with slight spicy notes. Full bodied with a very immersive character. The tannins are velvety and in perfect harmony with extraordinary freshness. Excellent acidity makes for a wonderful finish.
